2. Payment

4. Intellectual Property

• Once payment is complete, you own the agreed project deliverables.
• I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio or for self-promotion.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• All work is provided "as is" without any warranties.
• I am not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that result from using my work, including lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages—even if you've told me about the possibility.
• You are responsible for testing and backing up your systems before using my deliverables.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide all necessary information, access, and feedback in a timely manner.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any materials you provide.

7. Termination

Either party can cancel a project at any time. Payment will be due for work completed up to cancellation.

8. Updates

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of my services means you accept any changes.
