1. Services

All project details (scope, timeline, and payment) will be discussed and agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Payment

• All quotes, invoices, and payments are in USD unless we agree in writing to use another currency.
• Payment terms (such as deposits, milestones, and due dates) will be agreed upfront.
• Final work is delivered after full payment is received.

3. Revisions

Minor revisions (polish/adjustments that do not add new features or systems) are included. Any change that alters features, adds systems, or expands beyond the agreed scope is considered extra work and will follow the change request process in Section 4.

4. No Scope Creep

Definition. “Scope creep” is any request for features, systems, or changes that go beyond the original, written agreement (proposal, quote, or scope document) after the project has started.

Policy. To keep projects on schedule and fair, all out-of-scope work requires:

• A written change request (what’s changing and why),
• A revised quote and payment adjustment, and
• An updated timeline reflecting the added work.

No unapproved work. Out-of-scope work will not begin until the change is approved in writing and any additional deposit/milestone is paid.

5. Intellectual Property

• Once payment is complete, you own the agreed project deliverables.
• I may showcase completed work in my portfolio or for self-promotion.

6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• All work is provided "as is" without any warranties.
• I’m not liable for damages or losses from using my work, including indirect or consequential damages.
• You are responsible for testing and backing up your systems before using my deliverables.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information, access, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide.

8. Termination

Either party may cancel at any time. Payment is due for work completed up to cancellation.

9. Updates

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of my services means you accept any changes.
